I particularly loved... The morning practice, hatha flow and meditation, and the yin practice on Friday evening. The care taken in setting up the room and the cocooning atmosphere. The Auberge Beau Site is a charming haven of peace. Its yoga room, with its breathtaking views, is the perfect place to practise yoga. The meals are creative and generous. The staff are always available and helpful. A big THANK YOU for giving us the chance to experience these moments of total disconnection. Your welcome is gentle, warm and friendly. 

The venue was perfect, the room full of positive vibes. The good understanding between the two of you was also very pleasant and created a wonderful feeling of harmony and complementarity. I felt that there was enough guidance to allow me to settle down and enough moments of 'freedom'. The food was delicious. The moments of silence suited me perfectly. I thought the evening time was very well positioned to prepare for the night. I had the impression that the rhythm was just right. Simply thank you for this retreat, the word took on its full meaning in the gentleness and respect for one another.

I really enjoy Laurence's Yin Yoga workshops, which are a source of well-being and relaxation. The sessions, which are always renewed, are really professional and we have all the equipment at our disposal. The shop also offers a tasteful selection. I'd definitely recommend it!
