Suggestions of use

• Place it over your eyes during the final relaxation of your yoga session (Savasana) to prolong the benefits of the class.

• Use it before bedtime to calm your mind and prepare for a restful night's sleep

• Use it during your meditation breaks or siesta to create a cocoon of calm, even in the middle of the day.

• If you feel that a little freshness would do you good, put the cushion or fridge on for a brief moment before placing it on your eyes.

Close your eyes, breathe deeply... and let the lavender do the rest.

If you are sharing the cushion with other people, we advise you to place a thin, clean tissue between your eyes and the cushion.
