Once your order has been validated, you will receive an e-mail that will allow you, if you wish, to download gift cards, which you can then send by e-mail or print out to give as gifts. Please note that these documents will not contain the code enabling you to order from our online shop.

On receipt of your order, we will generate codes corresponding to the vouchers ordered. This is done manually (for the moment...), so please allow a maximum of 24 hours. It is also possible that the return will be very quick.

If you have ordered several vouchers for the same person, please specify this in a note (before validating your payment) and we will give you a unique code for the total amount. Otherwise, we will give you a code for each gift voucher ordered.

Don't forget to pass these codes on to the person who will receive the gift, it's the most important thing! Without a code, no order is possible... You can write it by hand on the Card we offer, add it to a personal card, attach it to an email or even send it by WhatsApp. As long as the code is transmitted, everything is OK with us!
