Like the bowls, clean your cloche with clear warm water (beware of the thermal shock of very hot or icy water) to which you can add a little natural soap, and gently rub the inside and outside with a soft cloth. Rinse to remove any soap residue, then dry with a clean, dry microfibre cloth. This step is important so as not to leave any opportunity for oxidation of the metals.
