To ensure that your yoga mat lasts as long as possible:

• When natural rubber mats are not used for a long time, they can oxidise, forming a whitish film on the surface. This process is natural and can be eliminated by wiping the mat. 
• To clean a dirtier carpet, you can use white vinegar. Mix it with water at a ratio of 1:20, then carefully wipe the carpet with this solution. Rinse with clean water and leave to dry completely.
