The raw materials are selected with great care. Bamboo, organic cotton, tencel lyocell (a biodegradable fibre obtained from wood pulp), and all are certified organic and/or low-impact. Here are a few tips on washing and caring for your Namaste sweatshirt to keep it looking good for years to come::

• Always wash it cold by hand, or machine, by turning the print inside out.
• Dry in the open air and avoid the tumble dryer, which will probably damage it.
• Pads need softener. Do not use bleach
• If you iron it, do so at a low temperature, with the print inside.
