Here are some suggestions for use:

1. Use the strap to reach your feet in seated stretching postures, such as Pinch or Seated Forward Flexion, by placing the strap around the soles of your feet. This will allow you to go further into the stretch without pulling on your lower back.
2. In Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana) or Wheel Pose (Chakrasana), place the strap around your ankles or thighs to keep your legs parallel and prevent them from spreading apart, which helps to stabilise the posture.
3. Use it also for shoulder-opening postures, such as Cow Pose (Gomukhasana), by holding each end of the strap behind your back to bring your hands together and create a deeper stretch without undue tension.
