• Chant the mantra "OM HREEM NAMAH SHIVAYA OM". It translates as Shiva's tears
• You can now wear your bracelet for meditation or in your daily life. The beads are charged and ready to transmit their benefits to you.

It is important to follow the procedure below to discharge and reset the energies in your bracelet. Place the mala under running water and touch each bead with the intention of cleaning it. Let it dry in the open air. Once dry, you can then rub each of the beads with a little natural oil.
