To take part in the loyalty programme, you need to open a personal account. If you choose to place an order as a visitor, your points will not be recorded and accumulated.
The accumulation of your points will start with your 1st order. You can convert them into a purchase credit as soon as you have accumulated 300 points (i.e. a credit value of 15.-).
So don't miss the chance to earn points and ouvre your customer account before confirming your next order.
* Important clarifications:
- the loyalty programme do not apply to sales and promotions
- if all or part of an order is paid for with a gift or credit voucher, that part will not be rewarded with loyalty points
- points will not be awarded if you do not register your billing email address when ordering (visitor orders)
- the points awarded will be withdrawn if the corresponding order is subsequently cancelled or refunded
- points expire after 24 months
