The bolster is a precious ally for slowing down, stretching gently and reconnecting with yourself. Here's why this model ticks all the boxes:

• Natural, adjustable filling: The filling is made from dense but supple Swiss spelt husks, which you can adjust to suit your preferences using the zip fastener, making it easy to add or remove spelt.

• Breathability and hygiene : The inner cover is made from organic cotton, while the velour outer cover is removable and hand-washable (see care instructions below).

• Responsible manufacturing : Each bolster is sewn in a fair trade workshop in India, then carefully filled in Switzerland.

With its generous dimensions (approx. 65 cm long and 23 cm in diameter), it provides effective support while remaining easy to carry thanks to its side handle.

The bolster is removable. If necessary, wash the outer cover by hand only with a mild detergent. Be careful, these colours can bleed, so wash it alone. Then let it air dry flat.
