La housse extérieure lavable à la main facilite l’entretien et garantit une hygiène parfaite à chaque utilisation. La housse intérieure peut aussi être retirée et lavée (les deux housses ont une fermeture éclair).

The meditation mat is filled with several layers of cotton, making it very comfortable. Your ankles and knees are well protected from the hard ground, and its thickness also insulates from the cold. Once you're set up, all you have to do is think about your practice.

The Zabuton meditation mat provides comfort and relaxation so you can fully immerse yourself in meditation.

Sa square shape offre un espace généreux pour vos moments de méditation, vous permettant de vous sentir libre et à l’aise. Ses dimensions : 75cm x 75cm, et environ 5cm de hauteur.
A cotton padding for extra comfort and softness for a soft feeling under your knees, ankles and buttocks throughout your practice.
A outer and inner covers, both hand-washable : l’entretien est facilité et assure une hygiène parfaite à chaque utilisation. Il vous suffit de retirer la housse, de la laver à la main et de la laisser sécher à l’air libre pour la garder propre et fraîche.
Le fabric is made of organic cottonit is very robust so you can use it without worrying about damaging it.
It's available in 4 colours, so you can tailor your meditation to suit your mood: natural white, black, olive green and lavender.

Care instructions

The outer cushion cover can be removed for easy washing, but be sure to wash it by hand.
