Description
Mala bracelets are used in Buddhism and Hinduism for meditation. They are similar to the prayer beads used in other religions. By following a clearly defined ritual, the mala enables the practitioner to concentrate on his or her mantras.
This mala bracelet is made from Rudraksha beads, which come from the Elaeocarpus angustifolius tree grown in India. Considered sacred in many Asian cultures, they are sometimes referred to as 'Shiva's tears'. The smallest pearls are the most sought-after, as they are considered rarer and more energetic. Rudrakshas purify our thoughts and give us a peaceful mind. This allows us to reflect on the positive changes we want to see in our lives.
Onyx is the stone of self-awareness and self-realisation. It gives us inner strength and helps us to become aware of our patterns and habits. In meditation, this stone is known for helping the mind to connect and reach a high spiritual level.
The five small bronze beads on the front and back of the bracelet guide our higher inner images and ancient knowledge into our daily existence.
No Fear resonates with 1er chakra called the root chakra. It connects us with the Earth and anchors us in the present moment.
If you wish to transmit your intentions to the beads that make up your mala bracelet, wait until Monday, the day dedicated to Shiva, and perform the following ceremony:
- Sit back and relax in a quiet, restful environment.
- Fill a container with water and place some flowers in it. Dip your No Fear bracelet in it.
- Use a stick of incense to help relax your body and mind.
- Once you have reached a stage of relaxation that you feel is sufficient, cleanse each of the beads in your mala. At the same time, visualise your intentions and transmit them to the beads. Imagine them as protectors and carriers of good energy.
- Chant the mantra "OM HREEM NAMAH SHIVAYA OM". It is synonymous with Shiva's tears.
- You can now wear your bracelet and benefit from its virtues.
If you feel that your bracelet has accumulated a lot of energy over time, take the time to wash it to reset it. To do this
- Turn on your tap and place your bracelet under running water
- Touch each pearl with the intention of cleaning it
- Leave your mala to air dry, then massage each of the pearls with a little natural oil.
