Our suggested ritualsto be used while the aromas are being diffused:
For mixing LoveDo something that gives you pleasure: run a bath, curl up on the sofa, make yourself a cup of hot tea or dance freely. Close your eyes and let yourself go. Let your feelings come to you; it's all about listening to yourself. Take the time you need. This moment is yours.
Pou IntuitionFor this ritual, cultivate a sense of calm so that you can reconnect with yourself. Take out a notebook and jot down your feelings and actions in your personal and professional life. Write down the events that you experience in your daily life and that you foresee for your future.
For SerenityThe idea is to take your time and free yourself through your feelings in the present moment. Once you've done this, fold or crumple your paper and pass it over a candle to burn it. At the end of the exercise, remember to open a window to watch the smoke escape, and become aware that these thoughts are flying away and disappearing.
For Purification, pnjoy the moment. Close your eyes and concentrate on yourself. What do you feel? Let the emotions come to you, whether positive or negative. Once you have felt your emotions, ask yourself what has been causing you problems recently and try to identify the source(s). Ask yourself questions to understand your feelings while letting go and releasing bad energy.
How to use these Ritual mixtures of plants to burn?
- Use tongs to ignite the charcoal (sold separately), then place it in the censer.
- Wait for the crackling to stop, then wait for the edges of the charcoal to turn white before placing a half teaspoon mixture.
- For a smoother burn, place a teaspoonful of the mixture in a candle diffuser, with or without water in the dish (without charcoal in this case).
- Homogenise the mixture before each use.
- Use in a suitable incense burner or candle diffuser on a flat, unwaxed, unvarnished surface that is not exposed to draughts.
- The charcoal, even when embers, and the censer remain hot for more than an hour, so avoid burning or catching fire.
- Do not leave unattended.
- Ventilate the room after use. Avoid inhaling smoke directly.
- Keep out of reach of children. Always avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not swallow.
- Do not use in the presence of children, people or animals sensitive to smoke or certain components. If in doubt, seek advice from the doctors or vets in charge.

The blends are skilfully measured, the ingredients are natural and we love the idea of taking time to practise a little ritual while the aromas are diffused. Even if it's only a few minutes, it's precious time for each and every one of us...
